This job consisted of deep boreholes up to 60m below ground level. Redlands Drilling completed 3 x 60m, 1 x 50m and 1 x 35m boreholes. With time constraints Redlands Drilling worked 7 days a week to accommodate the client. Some of the ground proved difficult to deal with including large boulders and gravel laying above the rock located around the 15-20m mark. Coring close to and over 40m of rock in the deep holes on average we were completing the 60m boreholes in 2.5 days including cement grouting the rock formation. Redlands drilling using the Mobile B40L completed the drilling in 13 days.
